These terms apply to all services provided by ExpatSEO (expatseo.com), operated by Michael, Fethiye, Muğla, Turkey.
Web design, SEO, authority link building, content writing, AI automation, social media and ad management, and related digital services.
One-off payments are due before work begins. Monthly services are invoiced in advance.
Monthly services operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with no penalty or notice period required.
On completion of payment for web design, all website files are transferred to you. Authority sites are registered in your name from day one. Your domain, your files, your sites — always.
SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed. I provide honest estimates based on experience, but search engine algorithms are outside my control. I will never promise a specific ranking position.
Any disputes will be handled directly between client and Michael. No third-party arbitration unless agreed by both parties.
